Required:
- 4 year college degree in Business, I.T., or similar
- From 1 to 4 years experience with one or more of the following:
Telecommunications, PBX, Provisioning, Long Distance and rates,
VoIP, hosted solutions, security.
- Strong customer support and solution troubleshooting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Local to Cincinnati, Ohio

This position will start out as both a training and support
role. You will be working directly with both internal and
external clients. The leadership will teach you the technology
and application support functions, but customer service and
attention to detail is most important
