Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support to hospitals working with Surgeons in the operating room
- Provide field support for products and services for the company's End Users
- Perform product trials, in coordination with hospitals
- Perform installation of equipment and training for End Users and Distributors
Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Hands-on support and service experience in health-care or medical device industry
- Knowledgeable in computer and network administration
- Technical competence in using and trouble-shooting medical devices/computers
- Familiarity with operating room etiquette and medical imaging standards
- Excellent telephone, communication, and writing skills
- Willing to Travel
- Limited X-Ray Tech or Experience with Imaging and anatomy a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and SalesForce.com
Experience:
- 1-3 years of medical experience
