Job Summary

Indigo Recruiter is a fully remote recruiting firm seeking independent recruiters to help identify new talent for our clients. Our clientele seeks primarily developers with skills such as Javascript, Python, Ruby, C++, C, and more. Job orders vary by client, so every day might be different from the next depending on the call. You will be working in conjunction with our sales team who will provide the direct hire job orders for you to fill. Once you have a pipeline of candidates, you will narrow down the pool of candidates to a small selection of qualified candidates. Identify potential matches, work with the sales team on getting these candidates placed into their desired roles for our client by reassuring that the candidate makes a perfect fit for the job. Job Responsibilities

• Serve as our representative to prospective applicants who have the skills and talent to provide great value to our clients.
• Work in conjunction with other members of our Human Resources staff to search for potential candidates on job sites, and screen resumes.
• Contact potential applicants via phone or email, and arrange to interviews to screen and provide info about job openings.
• Identify our most successful recruitment methods and work with our Human Resources manager to ensure adequate resources are available to support them.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Self starter/self motivated
• Recruiting in tech: 1 year (Required)
• Direct hire experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ATS experience

Preferred

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Access to LinkedIn Recruiter/other job boards
