• Identify prospects through various marketing strategies
• Collect appropriate documents
• Prepare federal and multi-state tax returns
• Perform various customer-service related activities and other duties, as necessary
• Attend professional development and training courses on a regular basis

PREPARER TRAINING
Our training is designed to educate inexperienced and experienced tax preparers on the industry, while promoting leadership and advancing the preparer's ability to efficiently and accurately prepare taxes. The program will assist in the development of tax preparation skills. New tax preparers will learn from an experienced team leader to ensure they have the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful.

WORKING FROM HOME
This position is 100% telecommute and applicants are required to have regular access to a computer, a working internet connection, a USB headset and/or a mobile device. Transportation is not required but may be helpful in securing more clients.
