Sushi Chef

We are currently seeking a skilled sushi chef to join our team full-time or part-time. Our restaurant is dedicated to providing customers with high-quality Japanese cuisine, omakase service and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating delicious sushi dishes.

Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving a variety of sushi dishes using traditional Japanese techniques
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Ordering and managing inventory of sushi ingredients
Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
The work hours are as follows:

Full-time:
Monday 12–2:30 PM, 5–7:30 PM
Tuesday|OFF
Wednesday|OFF
Thursday|12–2:30 PM, 5–7:30 PM
Friday|12–2:30 PM, 5–8:30 PM
Saturday12–2:30 PM, 5–8:30 PM
Sunday|12–2:30 PM, 5–7:30 PM

Or 
Part-time:
Monday 12–2:30 PM, 5–7:30 PM
Thursday|12–2:30 PM, 5–7:30 PM

仕事内容
日本の伝統的な技法を用いた様々な寿司料理の準備と提供
清潔で整理整頓された仕事場の維持
寿司材料の発注と在庫管理
他のキッチンスタッフと協力し、キッチンの効率的な運営を行う。
食品の安全性と衛生基準が満たされていることの確認

火曜日｜休日
水曜日：休み
木曜日：12～14時30分、17～19時30分
金曜日：12-14:30、17-20:30
