Supply Chain Technician
 

Talgo, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Technician to join the team in Milwaukee, WI.
 

Supply Chain Technician Duties:

  • Claim materials to suppliers, as well as to Talgo.
  • Claim to supplier’s technical support in the workshop.
  • Claim to the concerned departments to take appropriate actions until the material required for the interventions to be performed in the workshop is achieved.
  • Manage the materials for required for modifications
  • Manage the materials for returned equipment to vendors due lack of quality.
  • Manage and resolve the incidents of delivery notes and invoices.
  • Manage the tools assigned to achieve the goals set.
  • Follow up customs clearance procedures of the shipments to be sent or to be received by the center.
  • Control and coordinate the transfers of materials to and from other centers as the needs in these materials arise.
  • Control, organize and track the entries and exits of the items, as well as integral management of the materials.

Supply Chain Technician Education and Experience:

  • Vocational training or technical diploma in production, manufacturing, engineering or related field
  • 2-4 Years of  dedicated experience and working knowledge in general logistics and supply chain field
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have knowledge and applicable hands-on skills in of SAP
  • Forklift certification, a plus
 

Supply Chain Technician other requirements:

  • Ability to work as a team, as well as individually motivated
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
