Job Description:

The Senior HR Program Management Specialist will use their skills to make a positive impact on employees across the firm. This role is responsible for implementing an employee engagement program to strategically develop our people. Using our agile model and in partnership with HR you will deliver cultural change management, set a clear strategy for inclusion initiatives and adopt technology solution to enable mentoring and professional development.

What you will do:

  • Implement programs that align with employee’s professional development; promote continuous improvement through specialized needs analysis.
  • Assess the impact of cultural change within the organization and the readiness for the change.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining a holistic view of transforming our culture.
  • Lead initiatives for culture building, design communication plan for new program implementation and for current program goals and progress.
  • Report on metrics to ensure accountability in tracking and monitoring all program initiatives.
  • Effectively collaborate with HR to project lead on large scale employee engagement.
  • Manage our employee mentoring program and resource groups.
  • Maximize existing technology to deliver and record development curriculum.
  • Provide excellent thought leadership on forward thinking strategies, using market research and business intelligence to keep inform of ongoing innovations.

What you should bring:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; 3-5 years of professional experience in Program Management, Change Management, Strategic Planning, or related experience
  • Experience managing large projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
