As a Digital Marketing Manager you are in charge of developing and complete marketing projects for multiple brands that we work with. You must create efficient and effective omni-channel advertising strategies to promote their products or services.
You must be very strong in SEO, PPC/SEM, Web, Analytics and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and great in communication. This role is client facing so stellar communication skills is a must.
Digital marketing managers must have an expert-level knowledge of e-commerce and the ever-changing digital marketplace.
Your Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and create a quarterly and yearly digital marketing plan for multiple brands
- Be responsible for understanding and achieving the client’s short-term and long-term goals
- Develop tactical (day to day tasks) SEO, PPC/SEM, Web and CRO activities for the specialists and associates
- Assist in on-boarding new clients
- Develop and present marketing strategy presentations to new and current clients
- Manage and oversee the work from the specialists and associates
- Edit and QA work from specialists and associates
- Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital media platforms
- Attend weekly calls with clients to provide project updates and discuss forward strategies
- Build effective teams, manage multiple projects, and supervise collaboration between departments in order to drive positive business growth
- Track growth and maintain analytics reports to provide up-to-date information to upper management
- Analyze weekly campaign data and performance to perform A/B testing scenarios
- Monitor, evaluate and adjust strategy based on campaign results. Set goals for the following month based on analysis and strategy. Provide feedback and highlighting key areas of significance showing progress in accordance with the company goals.
- Serve as a Manager for your individual specialists and associates. Provide knowledge-based and technical training to continually develop capacity within the team. Be available daily for questions from team members. Assure that selected Thrive management tools are being used to maximize overall job performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or related major
- Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills (resourceful)
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Proven success in Digital Marketing, including tactical and strategic achievement
- Minimum of 8 years experience in web analytics, PPC, Facebook ads, and landing page development
- Ability to meet or exceed project deadlines and budgeted hours
- Ability to coach and manage your own team alongside working with your clients
- Flexibility to take on and handle other tasks or projects as assigned
- Drive to continually learn and grow in knowledge and skill of Digital Marketing
