The Litigation Support/Business Valuation Administrative Assistant provides proactive, friendly, professional and timely support to Litigation Support/BV Partner and department within our Brickell location.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to Partner inquiries and demands on a timely basis.
  • Provides team members support in responding to internal and external needs/requests.
  • Communicates all support issues to supervisors on a timely basis.
  • Works extra when needed to assist Partners.
  • Handles basic questions asked by Administrative staff.
  • Identifies ways to provide additional and better service to Partners.
  • Demonstrates mastery of various appropriate firm databases and software applications critical to job performance.
  • Learns and understands services and products offered by the firm.
  • Creates and maintains appropriate client information in firm databases.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Five+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant is required
  • Previous experience working in an accounting or professional services firm, preferred
  • Associates degree, preferred
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
