Sprayer Operator

Exciting Opportunity: Sprayer Operator Needed!

Join our highly respected agricultural company as a Sprayer Operator and play a vital role in promoting the proper use of crop protection products. This position offers growth potential, mobility, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals.
 

Duties:

• Apply crop protection products using a high clearance sprayer or floater.
• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products as needed.
• Interact with patrons in a courteous and professional manner, providing education on products and services.
• Assist the sales staff in ensuring accurate orders and meeting customer needs.
• Perform warehouse duties, including driving loader, forklift, and maintenance tasks.
• Lift and load up to 75lbs packages of Crop Protection products for 1-2 hours per day.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as required.
• Be willing to work additional hours to meet business demands.

Training Provided:

• Crop protection product mixing
• Operation of application equipment

Qualifications:

• CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must meet DOT and company requirements.
• Applicator's License.
• Chemical application education.
• Previous application experience preferred.
• Farming background desirable.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000/year + Benefits
