A Sports Director should meet the criteria below.
5+ YEARS / PROFESSIONAL COACHING / PLAYING EXPERIENCE
INITIAL 20 HOURS AVAILABILITY TO INITIAL SETUP
COMMITMENT TO A MINIMUM 1 HOUR PER WEEK TO THE PLATFORM
Sports Directors must be dedicated to working with the Area Scouts staff to produce quality content. Must be available to provide assistance to our athletes and evaluators within a certain time frame. We work around your existing schedules to achieve this goal, with a minimal time commitment.
Area Scouts - Regional Manager (Franchises) - Role Qualifications
A Regional Manager should meet the criteria below.
5+ YEARS / PROFESSIONAL / SEMI PRO COACHING / PLAYING EXPERIENCE
HIGH VOLUME STAFF AND REVENUE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE
INITIAL 30 DAYS TRAINING | Weekly Work Schedule = Mon Thru Fri 8AM-6PM
WILLING TO TRAVEL
Area Scouts - Athlete Evaluator | Assistant Evaluator - Role Qualifications
An Athlete Evaluator should meet the criteria below.
2+ YEARS / YOUTH COACHING EXPERIENCE
INITIAL 10 TO 30 DAYS TRAINING | Minimum 10 Hours Per Week Commitment
OPTION TO TRAVEL
Athlete Evaluators must be dedicated to working with the Area Scouts Partnerships, Sponsors, and Athletes in their territory. Must be available to provide in-person assessments and training to our Athletes. Contracted Athlete Evaluators make their own schedules, but must be willing to coach / train the Athletes that are assigned to them. Most popular Area Scouts Event days/times are Weekends.
