SUMMARY
The Sponsor Relations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution and fulfillment of all sponsor and exhibitor benefits. This position works closely with the Director of Sponsor Relations to build and maintain strong relationships with our valued partners. The Manager serves as the primary point of contact, communicating all relevant details, deadlines, and critical information in a timely and professional manner.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding experiences. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively are essential. The position requires an individual who is self-motivated, able to take initiative, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount, as the Manager will represent the organization through frequent correspondence and interactions with sponsors and exhibitors. Meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications and deliverables.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Applicant must have a college degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years of event and marketing experience Must have exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skills; superior verbal and written communication skills; and proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSEmployee must have a valid driver’s license.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The ideal candidate should possess proficient computer skills, including but not limited to:Candidates should demonstrate a high level of computer literacy and be comfortable working in a technology-driven environment, adapting to new software and systems as required. The ability to quickly learn and apply new computer skills is essential in this role, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands of this position require the ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. and be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time. On occasion, must be able to work days of up to 14 hours.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
