Solar Sales Representative

SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Equisolar is a nationwide solar company with over 25 years of experience helping homeowners save money by switching to a more environmentally friendly and clean new energy.

We are looking to hire salespeople who are motivated to run leads within 2-3 days from their hire date!

This role is:

• Full-Time
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• 100% Commission only ($2000-$5000 a week!)
• Additional incentives
• This is NOT a door-to-door sales job
• Warm leads are provided (homeowners who have been pre-qualified and pre-confirmed)
• Virtual Training provided, plus ongoing support and guidance
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

Must meet the following Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and live within area of recruitment
• Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
• Able to work 5 days a week (one of those days has to either be Saturday or Sunday. Your choice)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, cell phone, and tablet or laptop
• Capable of working well under pressure, multitask, and practice exceptional critical thinking
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
