This is the perfect position for those that already have experience in Solar Sales but are ready launch their career in a leadership role.
We’re looking for self-motivated, disciplined, ambitious, fearless, and energetic individuals who have a desire to make a global impact, help others, and to continuously improve their mindset and skills.
Everything we do is digital and online! You will be given applications to monitor and track all of your deals. For canvassers, we will give you an app to track your work and leads.
Since we have the #1 residential solar installer in all of the United States installing our deals, you can rest assured that your clients are well taken care of.
You will not be constrained to generating sales only in your area or be restricted by an office. This means you will be able to generate sales in the whole state of California!
This is why we are looking for disciplined and self-motivated individuals who are hustlers and dedicated to their growth. We believe in the concept of getting paid for results, not for time. Our team must have the same principles.
Although the team is growing all across California, we have a communication system that allows everyone to stay connected. We also send frequent newsletters to make sure everyone is updated.
What You’ll Do
As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will be changing the way people consume electricity. Instead of using dirty nonrenewable energy, you will help families begin to consume clean renewable solar energy.
--> You will be building strong relationships with families by explaining the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. This is why we’re looking for energetic, fun, and outgoing individuals that love having conversations with people.
This position provides you with an opportunity to develop exceptional communication, entrepreneurial, and sales skills. We provide you with tools and a system that has been proven to generate leads in direct sales, but you will have the liberty to build your pipeline in your own creative way.
