Software Engineer
Location: Englewood, CO 
non-local candidates need to be willing to relocate at own expense


Job Description:
-Serve as a front end to our engineering team at the customer for multiple CPE products.
-Work with Sales Engineering, Program Management, Software Development teams to efficiently resolve customer reported defects.
-Visit customer site and work hands-on with customer’s engineering and QA staff to troubleshoot, gather key information and diagnose reported issues.

Skillets required:
-C/C++ programming language fluency
-Linux development and troubleshooting experience
-CPE networking protocol background. TCP/IP, IP routing, LAN and WAN protocols, Wi-Fi
-Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and explain complex technical problems
-Ability to communicate with CommScope’s customers clearly and professionally
-Must be able to work largely independently and remote from engineering staff


Education/years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree and 4-6 years of related experience.
