MUST HAVES:
- Must be a US Citizen and be capable of passing a government background investigation without concerns

- Must have Microsoft industry credential certifications
- Must have experience with MS office 365 Government G3 foundation architecture including, but not limited to, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Forms, Planner and Office for Business applications.

REQUIRED PM SharePoint Developer skillsets and must be able to pass clearance process.
- UX design: Capability demonstration for visual designs (storyboards/prototypes, site concept and content layout) and information architecture (site structure/organization, navigation/findability etc.) for new and existing products/projects
- Concept verification: Ability to perform concept testing, observing and measuring user interaction on functional prototypes and existing products. Analyze results towards improving user experience.
- Build/Advise on design improvement: Identify usability issues from both the user and expert viewpoints and recommend ways to address them in a cost effective manner.
Must possess skills in the following at a minimum:
- Must have at least 8 years of 2013 or higher SharePoint experience
- Must have at least 6 years of Developer experience
- Must be able to pass background investigation with no hold issue
- Must demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively execute this tasks using Office 365 Government G3 foundation architecture
- Must be experienced in SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Forms, Planner and Office for Business applications.
- Must have prior experience working on US Military websites and portals;
- Expert experience aligning organizational Strategy and Management Roles;
- High proficiency in integrating M365 products with Microsoft Planner, Flow, and Forms;
- Experience in designing social-media optimized infographics;
- Expert experience with defining applicability and requirements for custom code development;
- Extensive experience in all aspects of a system's development life cycle, experience in formulating project definition, isolating key success factors, and aligning firm objectives with client needs.
- Management of local resources, administration of project work plans and processes, and core capabilities in information systems design and technical solutions;
- Creativity and imagination in proposing industry best practices suitable for clients, taking into account their purpose, usability and audience;
- Experience in usability, user analysis and holistic content management;
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online. Microsoft Office SharePoint Services 2013: OOTB, Administration, Designer and Workspace;
- SharePoint 2013 collaboration and publishing portal site developer and site collection administration;
- High proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online and Teams architecture, configuration and administration;
