Overview:
AnthemIQ is an Austin based start-up that is reimagining the future of commercial real estate transactions and looking for a senior software engineer who is interested in changing an industry.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our Head of Engineering and Head of Product to define the product roadmap and implement solutions quickly and effectively
- You'll architect complex, scalable systems that will have a material impact on the commercial real estate industry and will be seen by hundreds of thousands of tenants, tenant representatives, landlords, and landlord representatives
- You'll be a part of a distributed agile software development team
- Ability communicate clearly and effectively with peers and senior management
- Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner improving process and code as you go
- Stay up to date with modern technologies, practices, coding standards, and development process
Experience and Skills:
- You must have multiple years of experience writing enterprise grade web applications
- You must consider yourself an expert with the following tools and technologies
- Angular
- Express.js, Node.js
- Typescript
- MongoDB
- Github

- You must have working experience with
- AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, Fargate, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, SQS, SNS, S3)
- Linux, Docker
- Elastic Search, Redis
- You've must have a good understanding of modern cloud architectures and services
- Ability to identity and suggest design patterns that are are durable, reliable, and scalable
- It would be nice to have a firm understanding of AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate and use-cases and limitations
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines
