POSITION SUMMARY
 

BOLD is growing and we are looking for a sharp SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER who’s passionate about creating best-in-class experiences. This role is focused on identifying brand content needs, marketing strategy and maintaining a best-in-class organic experience.

In this key strategic role, you’ll partner across the company collaborating with our top-notch content team, SEO team, fellow marketers and senior management to drive the LiveCareer brand into the must-visit career site destination. Take your digital front-end marketing experience and implement your vision through a matrix organization to drive content expansion and improve user experiences. Your efforts will get our users elevated into brand ambassadors who believe and understand our brand is critical to their career success. 
 

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Own the product marketing strategy and LiveCareer brand development.
  • Analyze content marketing opportunities and trends. Identify gaps and opportunities. Strategize and drive plan through others in a matrix organization.
  • Layout strategic marketing roadmap which pushes the LiveCareer brand into a highly visited career site.
  • Optimize existing and future SEO executions for great user experience.
  • Own marketing voice of the customer for the LiveCareer brand.
  • Drive market and positioning research with our users and in the vertical as a whole in order to build content and user experience foundation for future growth.
  • Lead creative and messaging development with creative, oversee the delivery of onsite marketing copy, email, landing pages, feature pages, videos et al; while collaborating closely with UX/UI.
  • Drive content strategies which increase site traffic and engagement.
  • Develop segmented marketing approach that translates user/content needs into subscriber value that product and content team can build.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics team to identify needed tracking and tagging to enable successful career management/career arc marketing.
  • Support product roadmap and develop corresponding marketing roadmap to ensure successful customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3+ years proven direct response B2C online product marketing experience.
  • Content collaborator and creator. You’ve had experience expanding the content set in order to improve the user experience, increase user engagement and increase SEO value.
  • Successful experience working with SEO and content teams.
  • Excellent writing chops. Demonstrable strong copy/content strategy and visual execution background.

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • 7+ years experience in a B2C online product marketing environment.
  • You’ve owned an online brand before and successfully grown it. You can show how you’ve presented the best storefront for your brand in a vertical you managed.
  • Success in managing a matrix organization. Team player with an ability to drive results from those who may not report into you but are critical to your brand.
  • Strong marketer with exceptional marketing acumen in regards to direct response marketing and needed execution to drive engagement.
  • Ability to generate compelling and easy-to-understand product marketing content that highlights benefits and enhances customer experience.
  • Experienced market researcher. Passion to survey users to identify needs and pain points. Ability to translate this data into actionable marketing content and user engagement initiatives and strategies as well as provide executive summaries and disseminate trends/findings internally.
  • Inquisitive, analytical, data-driven, results-oriented, go-getter who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong team leadership and management skills.
