Senior Product Designer (Volunteer Position)

Senior Product Designer (Volunteer Position): This is a part-time remote opportunity.  We are looking for a volunteer, who strives to make a difference and contribute to making the world a better place.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research or benchmarks and identify user needs to create or improve user flows. Utilize data and user feedback to make informed design decisions and measure the effectiveness of design solutions.
• Evaluate and identify issues in UX and also UI of the product.
• Create wireframes and prototypes from user stories and UX research results.
• Design and implement intuitive, efficient and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Work on existing Design System and design new components consistent to this 
• Work with design and engineering to implement and evolve our design UI kit
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions
• Actively participate in meetings and proactively contribute to design critiques.
• Communicate effectively in a remote work settings and collaborate with remote teammates and other teams where relevant to develop and iterate on product features
• Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans

Skills:

• Believe in and willing to change the world!
• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven work experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer portfolio.
• Good working knowledge of Figma.
• Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping in Figma.
• Strong communication skills and a team spirit.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Team player, who enjoys collaborating to develop solutions
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Commit to your position as a Volunteer. As our company is looking for funding, you will not be paid, and there is no guarantee that we will succeed. This project is for volunteers. 

Recommended:

• Care about other people and desire to help them when possible.
• Experience in working in IT-startups / IT-companies will be a plus.
• Experience in remote work will be a plus. 
• Familiar with task management systems, especially ClickUp.
• Be an open-minded person with life-healthy values, proactivity, reliability, courtesy, creativity, teamwork, and flexibility.
• Be an expert in your domain but ready to wear multiple hats
