National Manufacturing Company to locate a Senior Electrical Engineer for their facility.
Senior Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Experience specifying, installing, start-up and operation of A/C inverter and servo drives including Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, and Siemens.
- Experience in Ethernet IP communications, power distribution equipment including sizing transformers, electrical feeders, and distribution gear for equipment loads from 120V up to 4160V.
- Experience with Machine Vision Sensors and Systems.
- Working knowledge of Industrial Robots. (FANUC, Yaskawa)
- Working knowledge of Mitsubishi PLCs and GX-Developer software
- Working knowledge of LabVIEW software for testing, measurement & control.
- Hardware design, PLC and HMI programming, VFDs, Control System Networking & Systems integration.
Senior Electrical Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7 years of experience hands-on” PLC programming and project management
- 5 years of Experience with SAP for procurement and project cost tracking.
Salary for the Controls Engineer is $80,000-$120,000
