Senior Electrical Designer

Electrical Engineer or Designer experienced in utility grade substation detailed design.  Familiar with power system high voltage equipment, systems and protection.  Able to develop panel layouts, elementary drawings and wiring diagrams for protection & control systems.  Also able to design general arrangement, power oneline and other related drawings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Five (5) plus years engineering or design experience in the areas of power generation, power delivery and/or industrial automation systems. 
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate effectively with team members and external parties including clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Aggressively promote a safe and healthy environment and always employs safe work practices.
• Manage all phases of projects including conception, design, specifications, scheduling, estimating, material procurement. & cost control.
• Perform design review and deliverable quality checks.
