Seamstress/Tailor

We are Austin's top alteration company, revolutionizing the alteration experience and industry. We have two locations around central Texas and quickly looking to expand our team.
 

Job Title: Full-time Seamstress/Tailor

Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate machinery in a safe, efficient manner

• Perform alterations with accuracy and efficiency including, strap take ups, take in’s, hand sculpting, zippers, hems, bustles and hand sewing

• Must be flexible to all other projects assigned when needed

• Report to daily manager, update and complete tasks on boards

• Meet company and individual productivity goals while following proper processes and procedures

• Perform quality control checks

• Steam gowns

Qualifications:

• Must be able to operate an industrial sewing machine

• Excellent sewing skills

• Excellent time management skills and proven ability to complete projects within the allotted timeline

• Ability to follow specific ticket instructions and markings based on client specifications

• Ability to work in a team oriented environment with a diverse workforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
