We are looking for a valuable, dependable Scheduling Specialist to work two days in our grooming salons, and two days scheduling grooming appointments from HOME!
MUST be comfortable talking to clients, answering the phone, and operating a computer scheduling system. This position requires scheduling appointments for our multiple Locations via phone and email, and interacting with our clients and Grooming Team. You will be working two days in one of the salon locations and two days from home. All equipment needed will be provided.

Job Description
As a Scheduling Specialist you will answer phone calls, schedule pet grooming appointments, and ensure the grooming schedule is accurate each day by reviewing the schedules.
*This position requires multitasking, organizing, communication, and attention to detail.
*You are also responsible for reviewing the next days schedule on our online scheduling program, correcting errors, and communicating with our other coordinators to improve the schedule as needed.
* You will be required to learn all of the major dog breeds and how to schedule pet grooming appointments accurately based on breed.
This is a VERY FAST PACED position and requires speed and accuracy at all times. Applicants must be able to handle multiple projects at once and retain large amounts of information.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience with answering phones in a professional position (required)
2. Previous experience working alongside others in a professional setting (required)
3. Breed knowledge of major dog breeds (preferred)
4. Ability to multitask efficiently and quickly
5. Ability to communicate with others effectively
6. Must be reliable and dependable
7. Excellent customer service skills
8. Must be detail orientated and organized, note taking skills required
9. Must be able to handle issues promptly and find solutions as needed
10. Looking for a stable work environment and long term employment
