Role: Salesforce Administrator
Client : Fidelity

Our client's Customer Relationship Management team partners with key business leaders in Sales and Marketing on medium to large size project initiatives. The team is responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of current and proposed business operations to deliver process and technology solutions. The SFDC CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for partnering with our user communities to gain in depth knowledge of the business, their processes and the technologies that they currently leverage. In addition, this roles will be responsible to take that in depth knowledge and experience and build new processes and technology solutions based on the strategic needs.

Job Duties -Responsibilities: • Extensive experience in all things salesforce.com including sales and marketing clouds, integrations, app exchange products, and data modeling. • Robust experience in the financial services industry and acumen on sales team’s business processes for the Institutional Retirement and/or Wealth Management client space. • Working experience and understanding on Lead Management. • Working experience and understanding on data integration, data models. • Proven ability in developing vision, strategy, and roadmap in projects or initiatives. • Experience in large scale project management including managing stakeholder expectations, timelines, training, and change management across multiple departments. • Proven leader with a track record of partnering with agile teams in developing and executing product launches and enhancements. • Excellent probing skills with requirement gathering experience and story writing. • Leads user acceptance testing; may identify testers, develop test scripts and conduct test execution. • Unique ability to work with/build relationships across all levels of the organization from executives/leaders to associates to contractors, and different departments from business, IT, analytics, and governance. • Enjoy working independently and collaboratively, solving ambiguous business problems, can learn quickly to understand dependencies, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements -Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce.com analyst/ admin experience required. • Has lead medium to large size projects. • Familiar with Agile methodology and Agile tools such as Jira. • Demonstrates the ability to solve difficult business problems with effective solutions. • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and manage their work effectively in a fast paced environment. • Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline. • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
