Salesforce / nCino Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator will ensure that the organization is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the salesforce system based on the various user group needs. The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more.
Responsible for management of system to include:
- Proactively seeking out system changes, user feedback, and user requirements.
- Manages system changes, new releases, workflows, functions and configurations without interruption to end users.
- Creates and Maintains reporting capabilities, fields, views, dashboards within the Salesforce/ nCino system.
- Manage and maintain configurations and/or customizations as deemed necessary.
- Responsible to enhance system through process improvement and support functions
- Manage communications that relate to system changes and change control processes
- Follows thorough change management procedures.
Responsible for System Maintenance, Security and Integrity to include:
- Maintain Salesforce/ nCino hierarchy, territories, accounts, contacts, and opportunities in response to personnel changes.
- Maintain system security to share rules, grant/remove licenses and create user roles, profiles and hierarchy.
- Coordinate updates/changes with other Salesforce/ nCino application administrators to ensure compatibility.
Responsible for User Assistance, Training, Adoption, and Satisfaction to include:
- Act as SME on Salesforce/ nCino System.
- In partnership with HR Training & Development, create and administer training for new and existing users.
- Assists departments to create processes in the system to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
- Continually seek process improvement enhancements to implement within the system
Responsible for Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance to include:
- Imports data as needed.
- Ensures data integrity through merging duplicate leads, contacts and accounts.
- Performs mass uploads of data as required and checking for data integrity.
Responsible for the creation of Dashboards to include:
- Creation and Maintenance of dashboards and reports including folder maintenance.
- Develops complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information to Senior Leadership.
- Build and Manage report folders to improve sales efficiency.
- Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of Salesforce/ nCino administration experience required.
- In – depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and proven success within these capabilities through custom code and/or integration with external systems.
- Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce/ nCino reporting functionality.
- Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce/ nCino configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions.
- Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Proven ability to utilize Salesforce/ nCino as a sales analysis tool.
- Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications.
