Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Representative. The Sales Rep is responsible for generating leads, progressing opportunities and closing B2B accounts.
This roles pays $11.25/hr + uncapped commission.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual activity, revenue, and gross profit objectives
  • Present products and services to final decision-makers within target market to increase sales and profits.
  • Execute sales strategies to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives by bringing on new clients
  • Research and identify potential new business leads. Identify the proper buying influence, correctly identify their service needs, the reasons they occur, and our solution to solve to solve their challenges. Prospect new clients by telemarketing, site visits, networking, social media and cold calling.
  • Build and develop client relationships and referrals.
  • Expedite the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and that the issues are handled properly
  • Communicate effectively with inside sales team, operations, and other office personnel to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the client.
  • Build an effective professional network by participating in organizations and events that foster these opportunities.
  • Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales related seminars, workshops, and organizations.
  • Be knowledgeable about inside office operations to contribute when in the best interested of the company
  • Complete and submit all report requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B C-Level sales marketing environment; with specific experience in labels or boxes preferred
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • A strong background in consultative selling
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be able to handle objections and rejection
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Must be used to performing at high activity levels
  • Results-oriented
  • Industry focus: financial services
  • Able to interact with clients to handle all issues under pressure
  • Well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
  • Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
