We want ambitious people with door-to-door experience that are willing to work hard. The solar industry is booming and we need hard-core closers immediately. We provide all the leads so you don’t have to do door-to-door anymore.

Responsibilities:
  • Set a schedule you’ve customized
  • Generating new customers through referrals
  • Present customer what program is and financially qualify them
  • Get customers to sign legal documents for energy loans
  • Maintain goals set by VP of sales
  • Develop a referral-based business
Skills:
  • Solar sales experience or other in-home sales experience (alarm, satellite)
  • Coach-able, willing to learn
  • Leadership experience
  • A positive attitude + great work ethic
  • Adaptable with adversity
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work with daily exposure to outside environment including inclement weather
  • Punctual and consistent attendance
  • Able to successfully pass a pre-employment background screen

Solcius provides our reps with a constant full schedule of leads daily Monday through Saturday. You can set your own schedule and we will get you the appointments.

Solcius provides an in depth solar closer training. Whether you have solar sales experience or other door-to-door experience, we will improve your closing capabilities and have a higher pay per sale than you have ever had before.

To be clear, this position is not your run-of-the-mill 9-to-5-desk job. As a killer closer, you will earn your coffee because coffee is for closers! You are responsible for your own success, primarily through closing company leads provided from a staff of brand ambassadors and marketing leads. We will be managing your customers experience as you focus on your new customer base as well as tap your customers for a strong referral network.
