- Build relationships with potential clients by seeking out their needs and offering solutions that our company can provide them with.
- Attract interest in products and services by advertising, networking, developing relationships and listening to feedback.
- Acquire new accounts through networking and outreach targeted at potential new clients and
- Set goals to ensure that sales quotas are met and all business team members are performing adequately.
- Meet the needs of clients by taking the time to communicate with them and understand how their business operates.
- Maintain client satisfaction by keeping the quality of products and services high and meeting new client needs that may have arisen.
- Track the sales cycle to see potential clients through the lifetime of their partnership with us, and ensure they are satisfied with every step of the way.
- Strategize new approaches for attracting clients and making sales in a B2B context and in environments outside of your typical sales regimen.
- You will generate new business opportunities through cold calling to engage, consult, and close deals
- Take ownership of deal negotiation process, dealing with margins, discounts, and other critical elements
- Acquire new accounts through networking and outreach targeted at potential new clients
- Maintain and record new discovery in the customer database
- Monitor and review sales numbers and meeting targets
- Innovate and improve business development strategies with the team
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or sales
- Desire to learn and develop sales skills within a fast growing organization, and are always looking for ways to improve
- Adaptable and can think on your feet; when faced with new challenges or tough conversations, you face them head-on
- An excellent listener and can be assertive, persistent, and persuasive
- Hold accountability and balance multiple priorities with precision
- A good communicator who is able to simplify complicated subjects
- 3+ years of success in a sales environment
- Sales experience in Courier Delivery Services is a plus
- Spanish and/or any other language is a plus
- Prior experience in a management role
- Ability to motivate team members and produce great results
