Revenue – Sales Strategy & Execution

·       Client is looking to hire a Sales Director to lead North American Sales from our Texas Office. The Sales Director will be part of the North American founding team and will be instrumental in shaping the growth of the company.

Things you will do & drive:

 

Unearth New Business Opportunities

·       Prospect new potential customers through phone, email + various other technologies. Connect and create interest in Client

·       Seek to understand the prospects needs, pain points and success measures to effectively highlight our systems ability to provide solutions for their rewards, recognition, wellness and employee engagement goals.

·       Actively network and engage with a diverse range of sources to identify the most apt ‘Target Customer Groups’.

 

Present, Demonstrate, Pitch & Close

·       Provide product demos demonstrating a command of the subject matter and product

·       Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest

·       Respond to and complete Request for Proposals (RFP’s) as required

·       Engage with C-level executives to position Client strategic value proposition and take the deal to closure

·       Closes sales by building rapport with potential prospects; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts

 

Research, Strategize and evolve Execution Plans

·       Track, Measure and Report progress on Sales activities and initiatives

·       Develop new and refine current, sales strategies, processes, and playbooks to improve efficiencies and velocity in the sales process

·       Remain knowledgeable and up to date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape

·       Record and provide feedback on prospect needs and integration requests to enhance the product and improve close rates to the product and marketing teams

·       Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

  

You might be a great fit, if?

·       BS/BA Degree

·       8+ years of enterprise sales experience with at least 4 years in SAAS Sales

·       Demonstrable success in closing $100K-$200K a year contracts from each client, through deep engagements with multiple stakeholders and C-Suite Leaders

·       Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to nine months)

·       You can think creatively and enjoy testing new approaches and tactics

·       Must have strong tele sales ability & be comfortable making outbound and cold calls in addition to driving strategic initiatives
