Job Description:

Growing Chicago-based company is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales agent to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in sharing information about our company and products as well as do product demonstrations and set up of forms for those demonstrations. You will find new sales leads and sell company product.

We offer an exciting environment in which to work and pride ourselves in retaining and promoting our employees. This position pays between $13 and $15 per hour, and company perks.

 

Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers
  • Share information about company/product by following sales scripts
  • Meet all quotas for outbound calls
  • Facilitate future sales by helping to sufficiently qualify leads to hand off to closer
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Maintain record of calls through printout of call lists each day
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients in Hubspot database
  • Work with sales team to close sales
  • Cold call potential sales leads
