Must have a RN license
Experience with LTC/Skilled population
Ability to work as a team 
Great documentation and assessment skills 
Eager to learn
Skills: IV, treatments, admissions, discharges, medication administration, customer service, oxygen, trach, PICC, Central line use, ability to draw blood from PICC, Central lines, foley catheters, g-tube, etc.   
Dependable
History of good attendance and minimal performance issues
