Contract Assignment : 13 + weeks, Possible Temp To Hire

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hrs

Shift Requirements: 12-hour Variable (5.30 am - 6.00 pm, 5.30 pm -6.00 am)

Float Requirements: Neenah/Appleton Med Surg Units

Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd

Holiday Rotation: will be placed in a holiday grouping and will work assigned holidays in grouping.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Required Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS, ONS ONCC Chemotherapy/Biotherapy

Education: BSN not Required, Strongly Preferred

Minimum Experience: 2 years with minimum 1 completed Travel assignment, 5 years in modality IF no travel experience

Charting : Epic Required in last year

Required Skillset: Oncology

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):

• Fast paced 21 bed inpatient oncology/overflow unit and 4 outpatient bays. We support team based nursing with an RN, LPN, and C.N.A.
• Ratio is 1:5 (Days) 1:6 (NOCS)
