Job Description:

The Resident Manager is responsible for the daily operations of Gift of Life Family House, including on-site management of hospitality staff, maintaining a safe, secure, comfortable and hospitable environment for families and on-site property management. This position requires on-site residence and furnished apartment will be provided.   

 

As a Resident Manager you will:    

  • Reside on-site; furnished apartment provided   
  • Coordinate and execute programs and activities involving guest interaction and facility maintenance   
  • Supervise volunteers and interns  
  • Provide direction to housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff to ensure safe day to day operations  
  • Ensure adequate coverage is provided through staff and volunteers during all hours of operation   
  • Oversee guest and community engagement programs such as Home Cook Heroes and evening activities  
  • Participate in shift change report-off with Day House Manager, Weekend Coordinator, and/or Social Worker
