We are currently seeking a special person to join our nursing administration team. As an RCM your key responsibilities will be:
- To assist the Nursing Admin team to create meaningful teams on each unit to provide exceptional care to our residents
- Supervise licensed nurses and C.N.A.'s within assigned area to build a cohesive team, train, supervise, mentor and be a resource to allow them to function optimally
- Work with QAPI projects, incident reports, infection control
- Provide hands-on assessment, evaluation and consultation of residents and resident care
- Cover rotating week-ends on call
- Work with survey training and preparation
If you desire to join our team you will need:
- An active RN or LPN license in WA State
- At least two years of long term care experience and a passion for management and leadership
- Ability to be flexible as conditions for participation in Medicare are changing
- Proficiency in EMR and tech savvy abilities
