Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide meaningful real estate data and insights.
- Collect, merge, clean, document, and otherwise prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Assists in the identification, evaluation, and monitoring of on market and off market assets.
- Produce data summaries, dashboards, visualizations, and reports to aid in the delivery and understanding of data.
- Analyze data including, but not limited to, rent increases, vacancy rates, and recently closed transactions.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, identifying trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive efforts.
- Make frequent inquiry phone calls to brokers and landlords.
- Frequently monitor and manage transactions and report on relevant market data.
