We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by working with our new and existing clients to create plans for life insurance, debt elimination and retirement. This is a remote job, and you must reside in the United States.

 

Earnings

This is a full commission position with uncapped income you can earn bonuses, residual and passive income. Most Full-Time underwriters write about 5-8 applications per week. It allows you to control your schedule, to work as much or as little as you would like, with the opportunity to create an income that matches your goals. In addition, you have an option to grow and lead your own agency of agents/advisors to generate additional, passive income. This position can be full or part time.

 

Responsibilities

Present and write policies to new and existing clients.

Develop and calculate suitable plans based on client's needs.

Comply with insurance standards and regulations.

Track and identify areas of improvement.

Support the learning and development of the sales team.

Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads.

Track and report all sales activities.

Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.

 

Qualifications

Ability to build rapport with others.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Power-point.

Strong level of integrity in the workplace.

Motivated to work from home.

Life Insurance Producer License (or willing to get a license)

Experience managing sales teams.

Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
