Remote Online Notarization Agent

Our parent company UrTecPro LLC is seeking state commissioned remote online notary agents, your duties are to provide independent third-party witness and verification to the online notarization of official documents. Various industries such as real estate, insurance, law, and banking require notaries to verify documents that are notarized on the internet before they can be officially filed. In this remote freelancer role, your responsibilities are to ensure that all the signers receive the proper electronic paperwork, are informed of the obligations set out by the documents, and properly complete and sign the paperwork. Only a handful of states allow notaries to perform online notarization for signers around the world.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must live in an authorized state for RON
• Provide personable and professional customer service while remotely notarizing a variety of documents for our customers
• Work from home / Any authorized location in the USA
• Additional Plus Qualification: Bi-lingual

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must already be a commissioned notary for your state
• Must have completed RON training course for your state
• Must have received RON commission certificate for your state
• Must already be signed up with a Remote Online Notary Service Provider. (We recommend DocVerify, Notarize, Pavaso or SIGNix.)
• Reliable internet connection
• Computer w/ webcam

When applying please mention which RON Service Provider your subscribed with and attach a copy of the following to your email. Failure to do so will result in immediate non-consideration.

• A copy of BOTH your state notary and RON commission certificates
• A copy of your errors and omissions (E&O) insurance policy

You can list what you charge to notarize different documents in your profile description. Take into account the cost your service provider charges for signer verification.

For signings that require witnesses UrTecPro offers witnesses that can join your session as needed.
