Remote Customer Service Agent

***This is a remote position that may be done from any state. This is an independent contractor position***

We are currently seeking highly motivated part-time or full-time customer service representatives to join and assist our clients. While providing efficient, courteous, and prompt service to our client's customers you will be answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining a 1st in class guest experience through live chat, email, or phone. With training, coaching, and development; you will serve as a brand ambassador and assist our client in giving their customers a "Wow" experience. Due to contract constraints, we cannot disclose the clients' name outside of a controlled environment. 

Duties And Responsibilities Include:

• Provide prompt responses and resolutions to customer inquiries via live chat.
• Assist with E-mail support during low chat volume.
• Document all chat information based on standard operating procedures.
• Meet KPI’s as assigned.
• Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.
• Handle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Advanced written communication skills
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Type 45+ WPM with 90% accuracy
• Flexible work schedule and weekend/holiday availability

Preferred Skills:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience 
• Direct live chat experience
