Our client, an online retail website, is seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as Live Chat Assistants for various businesses. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on the company's website or social media accounts. This includes providing customer service, answering inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Respond to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
