Job Description:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting Health Center Physicians with patient care, and helping to supervise ancillary staff at our medical clinic. The nurse will also conduct health education, provide nursing services in person and via tele-health and promote the well-being of patients and clients. In addition, triage, providing health education, develop care plans, holding monthly phone appointments with our WPC patients, collecting specimens for COVID-19 testing, assisting with other POC testing and drive thru flu clinics for patients and community members.

The ideal candidate:

  • Active RN License from State of California required
  • BSN preferred
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience
  • CPR Certification required
  • ACLS and PALS certification preferred
  • Ability to learn and use an Electronic Health Records program and other basic computer skills such as using Outlook and creating word documents
