PrimeSTAR Home Health of NWLA is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of one of the fastest-growing Home Healths in North Louisiana. This position will cover the North Shreveport region including Mooringsport, Oil City, and Vivian.

Duties & Responsibilities:
patient teachings
medication administration
wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs
post-surgical care
skilled nursing care / direct patient care
patient follow-up
OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
Additional duties as assigned
Required experience:
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
Excellent clinical nursing skills and a background in ICU, ER, med/surg, or related skilled nursing care
Experience with Home Health nursing and Medicare / OASIS a plus
Willingness & ability to drive throughout our territory
