Registered Nurse - Care Manager

Seeking candidates for Registered Nurse - Care Manager role in New York, NY.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
2. Registered Nurse license in the state of New York
3. Minimum of 3 years' nursing experience in Inpatient, Outpatient, Oncology, Primary Care, Acute and/or Hospice settings 4. Must have recent hands-on, direct patient care experience
