Job Responsibilities
- Provide direction and support up to 15 sales team members, along with the education and example needed in order to help guarantee their success.
- Work with our leadership team as well as our sales team in analyzing sales performance to develop ambitious yet attainable sales goals for the current fiscal year.
- Educate yourself on our entire portfolio of products so as to become a resource of information for both our staff and our clients.
- Prospect and close your own deals.
- Present quarterly reports to our leadership team detailing the sales team's progression towards annual goals.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Associates degree in business-related field
- BLS Certification (CPR for Healthcare) upon hire
- 2 years of experience in client facing role, preferably sales
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as email
- Demonstrated leadership skills
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in business
- At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Prior experience in digital marketing
- Prior experience in healthcare sales/marketing
