Business Unit: Surf Cat Marketing & Kahuna Healthcare
* Up to 10 hrs/wk
Job Responsibilities
- Interact with managers to identify openings and post openings on job boards/social media outlets.
- Review, notate, filter best candidates and route to hiring manager for final review.
- Schedule and conduct phone screen interviews to shortlist candidates for a final interview
- Maintain a professional and safe work environment for people of all genders, ages, races and other protected statuses.
- Prepare and extend positions offers to candidates
- Assist new staff in completion & processing on-boarding paperwork and support.
- Train new admin/support staff (in the Human Resources department/roles)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office / GSuite
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
Preferred
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
- Certification in human resources or a related field
