Position-
Recruiters with the ability to work independently, work remotely and skillfully.
This is a 1099, commission based position.
We will provide the tools so you can get the job done.
We only hold one mandatory group business development meeting and one individual meeting every week. The rest of your time is your own.
Data of your work is required weekly
Who we are looking for-
Ambitious, self-motivated and results-oriented professionals, who are problem solvers and thinkers.
You do not need anyone looking over your shoulder. You work well, effectively and efficiently with little need of direction.
Your skills-
- Have or willing to learn the ins-and-outs of the recruitment practice. We provide self-learning training modules.
- Provide consistent, effective and concise communication with candidates, hiring managers, senior executives and business leaders; by email, phone and in-person.
- Effectively utilize job boards (i.e. Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, our own site, client websites, etc.) to obtain clients, post positions; keep all postings current, active and updated.
- Quickly and accurately perform comprehensive research and identify the best and most relevant talent for our searches. Document this data in a presentable way using Excel/Google Sheets and our internal ATS.
- Leverage social media tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and others to drive results.
- Target, contact, engage (have conversations) and develop relationships that convert talent into candidates.
- Hold yourself accountable to yourself, clients and your candidates.
- Network professionally and personally, attend relevant industry events and represent the firm when appropriate.
- Own the entire recruitment process including delivering and negotiating offers and performing candidate reference calls as needed.
- Have amazing communication skills – verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal.

- Ideally, 2 + years of work experience in a client facing, consulting or sales/customer service related role. We will consider individuals with less experience.
EDUCATION-
BA/BS degree preferred (will consider those without but must have demonstrated a track record of success). Open to all majors.
