The Position:

The Receptionist is responsible for assisting the sales/leasing staff in selling/leasing all available units. This position is expected to provide excellent customer service, help to create a positive work culture and engage in meaningful follow up on behalf of the project. The Receptionist will assist in maintaining accurate reports as it relates to pricing, traffic, contact lists, client registrations and real estate analysis studies. This position is expected to assist with administrative task including but not limited to answering sales/leasing office calls, general office and unit cleanliness and event planning. This position will also assist with contract details prior to deal sheets and contracts. This position would also handle other duties as assigned.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience as a receptionist, preferably in the real estate industry
• Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
