As a receptionist you will report to the Business Office Manager.


Essential Job Functions

Must follow all established policies and procedures to include, departmental policies/procedures, safety regulations, Human Resources policies, etc., to assure that an effective operation can be maintained.

Functions

  • Answer the phones and direct calls as necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
  • Answers and routes all incoming calls.
  • Pulls and prepares charts for nurses.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA
  • Coordinates billing activities with Administrative Assistant.
  • Acts as cashier for payments received at window.
  • Verifies the cash drawer amount.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary.
  • Order office supplies as needed to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Interact with facility office managers and administration and other facility employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
