Job Description
As a receptionist you will report to the Business Office Manager.
Essential Job Functions
Must follow all established policies and procedures to include, departmental policies/procedures, safety regulations, Human Resources policies, etc., to assure that an effective operation can be maintained.
Functions
- Answer the phones and direct calls as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
- Answers and routes all incoming calls.
- Pulls and prepares charts for nurses.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA
- Coordinates billing activities with Administrative Assistant.
- Acts as cashier for payments received at window.
- Verifies the cash drawer amount.
- Performs other related duties as necessary.
- Order office supplies as needed to keep the office running efficiently.
- Interact with facility office managers and administration and other facility employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
