Responsibilities
- Deliver high impact product demonstrations to top performing real estate agents and brokerages directly – via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
- Manage all phases of your pipeline, progressing deals through the sales cycle towards closing and final negotiations of terms.
- Use a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach to hit monthly quotas.
- Uncover new opportunities by identifying additional leading indicators for upgrades.
- Follow workflows that lead to timely and accurate reporting.
- Identifying leads & converting leads to clients
- Leverage the Marketing team’s assistance for creative assets and marketing automation.
- Recommend budget adjustments, digital marketing services and client engagement program as needed.
You could be right for the role if you:
- Have at least one year of quota carrying software or technology sales experience.
- Have hands of experience in a sales or CSM role in Real-estate software solutions.
- Are able to effectively communicate the advanced functionality of IDX Matrix’s products, services, and our value proposition.
- Have a proven track record of goal attainment.
