Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform X‐Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
• Submit/transmit X‐Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
• Unload portable X‐Ray equipment and conduct exams ordered by physicians.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X‐Ray images.
• Perform EKGs (if needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Scan exam-related paperwork/billing documents daily as per protocol.
• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
• Maintain vehicle and X‐Ray equipment.

Physical Demands:

• The Radiologic Technologists may push/pull anywhere from 50 – 100 lbs, but weight decreases with the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys.
• When pushing/pulling equipment in a facility or home, the weight can increase.
• 50 lbs of force (or more) can occur 16 to 24 times a day.

Certification Requirements:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

State License Requirements:

• The state in which the position is located (specific state license may be needed).

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required, and proof must be submitted in the candidate packet at the time of submission.
