We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst and Bookkeeper who will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and providing valuable insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Quickbooks Online (QBO) and possess a strong analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping via Quickbooks Online:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online is essential.
- Accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.

Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial models.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain P&L and cash flow budgets.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budget.

Collaboration with Tax Accountants:
- Coordinate with tax accountants, providing necessary financial information and documentation for tax preparation.

Liaison with External Lenders:
- Work with external lenders to ensure covenant compliance and provide requested financial information.

Ad-Hoc Analyses:
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online.
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with external partners.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
